- Trial Session:After the 30-minute trial session, the student may choose any suitable plan. We recommend a 30-minute slot. Feedback is also welcome.
- Credits System:Students purchase credits in advance (1 hour = 1 credit). Once credits finish, a renewal is required.
- Advance Payment:Students/parents must pay the fees in advance.
- Progress Account:Every student has an account to track progress and class history.
- Punctuality:Students should attend classes on time. If he/she does not show up within 15 minutes, the teacher may leave the class.
- Miss/Reschedule/Refund:If a student wants to miss, reschedule, or refund a class, they must inform the teacher at least 1 hour before the class; otherwise, the class will be counted as taken and will be paid.
- Warnings:Students are allowed only two warnings for missed classes per month.
- Teacher Holidays:Teachers will have two paid holidays, 3 days for Eid-ul-Fitr, and 4 days for Eid-ul-Adha.
- Teacher Reassignment:Study Al-Quran Admin may change the teacher if another teacher meets the student’s requirements.
- Fee Changes:Study Al-Quran Admin may increase or decrease fees with prior notice due to currency fluctuations.
- Terms Updates:Study Al-Quran Admin may update the terms of service at any time, and changes will be posted on the website.
